I only have artwork—what if I don’t know how to design a jigsaw puzzle box?
No problem at all. Our design team will help you turn your artwork into a retail-ready puzzle box based on your artwork and brand. You’ll get a full mock-up to review and tweak with us before production, all at no cost.
What if I want to design the box myself?
Of course. You have full creative control. Once submitted, we will review your design to ensure it meets all production and print requirements—making any needed adjustments before sending it to production.

Does the artwork have to belong to me?
Yes. You must either own the artwork or have written permission from the original creator or rights holder. This is important to ensure your puzzle can be produced and sold without any legal complications.
After my artwork becomes a jigsaw puzzle, who owns the rights to the product?
You retain 100% ownership. We act as your manufacturing partner—ensuring your design meets all requirements and product certificates, while keeping your per-unit cost competitive with major brands.
I have multiple designs for different puzzles—how do production slots work in my case?
Each production slot is allocated to a single title and typically covers around 750 units. If you’d like to produce multiple titles, you’ll need to reserve a slot for each one.
I’ll need a barcode for my puzzle box so it can be sold in stores—but I don’t know how to get one. Can you help?
Absolutely. We’ve pre-purchased a range of retail barcodes and will assign your brand its unique barcode sequence for use on your current production and future titles. Completely free of charge.

How do I reserve a production slot?
To reserve your production slot, use the form below to submit a request. Within 24 hours, our team will reach out to review your project. Determine what needs to be done before production and provide bank details for your $500 deposit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept ACH payments only. By avoiding high credit card processing fees, we’re able to keep your overall production costs lower.
How do you calculate the total cost of my order?
Your total cost is based on the number of units you order multiplied by the price per unit (PPU), minus your $500 deposit.
PPU is set for each production run and is the same for all creators. While it may vary slightly throughout the year—typically lower in February and higher in September due to seasonal demand our manufacturers face—it does not fluctuate drastically.

How long does the production take?
Once all designs in the current production run are approved and submitted to our manufacturing partner, completion takes about 6 weeks.

Where are my products made?
They will be proudly produced in the United States.
We recommend incorporating this into your packaging design, as “Made in the USA” is a valuable selling point for many consumers.
How does the quality compare to leading brands?
Your puzzles will be manufactured using the same high-quality materials and manufacturing standards used by many leading brands. In fact, the raw materials used in jigsaw puzzle production come from a small number of specialized suppliers—primarily in Europe.
The end result is a high-quality, premium puzzle you’ll be proud to offer.
